A:On any email enquiry, we would normally get back to you within a couple of hours, but we guarantee a 24 hour response time.
For answering online questions, we try to get answers posted as soon as possible, but this is influenced by the volume and complexity of questions received.
Q:Do you charge for your advice?
A:All information given on the Voicesource website and via telephone/email is given as a service to our visitors and customers,at no cost.Remember we sell products with support.

Q:Can I pay by cheque?
A:We accept credit cards, cash deposits (online banking or manual).Due to the high incidence of cheque fraud, we do not accept cheques under any circumstances. Should you make a direct deposit into our account using a cheque, delivery will only take place after 30 days of deposit to allow for any possible bank rejection.
Q:Can I collect my purchase?
A:Absolutely. Voicesource operates in the Cape Town area and if you are in or near our offices you may arrange for your puchases to be picked up.We have provided for this in the shipping section of our check out procedure.

A:We will certainly try. Please email us, giving as much specific information as possible about the item you are looking for and we will try to locate it for you.

A:We are unfortunately only able to ship within South Africa at this stage.
